Giving up Smoking
Would you like to quit smoking and would you like support on your way to becoming a non-smoker? Then you are at the right place.
Studies have shown that giving up smoking using hypnosis achieves significantly better results than attempts on one's own or comparable programs in which no hypnosis was used. However, the main condition for success is that you really want to stop. Hypnosis can only ever assist you in what you want to achieve. If you are not convinced yourself that you want to take this step, then the chances of success are poor. So the mindset has to be right. If you yourself are convinced that you want to become a non-smoker, but find it difficult to implement it, then hypnosis is a suitable tool for you. I offer the stop smoking package in 3 sessions. In the first session we determine your habits together. Smoking is always linked to certain situations, emotions and often automated processes. These must first be tracked down in order to then consciously induce a change in perception and behavior during hypnosis. In this way, automatisms can be recognized and stopped. In the first session, the necessary mindset is being built up. The second session is a hypnosis session specially tailored to you and your circumstances and habits, which will enable you to quit smoking. In the third session - after 2-3 weeks - there will be a follow-up discussion and deepening hypnosis, which will help you to maintain the changes in the long term and not to relapse. If there is still a need after the third session, further individual sessions can of course be booked at the normal rate at any time.
