Meditation

DSC05553.JPG

We humans spend a large part of our lives in our thoughts, which are mostly directed in the future or the past, although our life is always just this moment, this breath. Our thoughts are actually just stories that we tell ourselves, but these stories determine our emotions and have a major impact on our mental and physical health. If we manage to get out of the construct of our thoughts again and again, to build up a certain distance from our thoughts and realize that only this moment is real, then we can focus our energy exactly where it is needed. We practice this in meditation. There is also the opportunity to take part in an online meditation once a week free of charge:
