Qigong

Qi means life energy and gong  means work. In Qigong we "work" with our life energy. Qigong originated in China and is a mindfulness practice that is thousands of years old. Qigong helps us to release and reduce stress and inner blockages and to reconnect with ourselves. The flowing movements are beneficial and numerous studies show that they have a positive effect on the immune system as well as our emotional, mental and physical state. I work with the Eight Brocades Qigong, 5 Elements Qigong and the Phoenix Qigong, as well as with different energy (Qi) exercises and Qigong meditations.
